Taken from here, with some modifications.
- 3-4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1"-1 1/2" thick rounds
- 2-3 tablespoons melted butter (or olive oil, but butter & sweet potatoes is a match made in heaven!)
- 1/2 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
